    Dashama, this course is helping with my flexibility already, although I confess I have not been able to do it every day. I have done some of the videos, read the materials and listened to quite a few of the lectures, but I am starting the program in full this Sunday. Today is my birthday and I will have a couple of celebrations with friends this weekend, but Sunday is my day to fulfill the commitment and work through the program. This won’t qualify me for any prize but making this improvement in my health is a far greater prize than anything monetary. I have some serious back and neck troubles and my physical therapist has told me several times that yoga will help. I may not progress as quickly as someone without these health problems, but that is ok. For me it isn’t about how quickly I get there, it is about what I learn during the journey that will stay with me for the rest of my life. Thank you!
